How do you get paid?
By the funder, as a commission on funded deals, and only when a deal funds. You pay us nothing upfront and nothing out of pocket. If you never take an offer, you never owe us anything.
How does placement actually work?
Your application and bank statements get reviewed by a person, matched against each funder's real underwriting box, and submitted to the best fits. Your file is typically in front of funders within hours. Most go out the same day. First offers typically land within one business day. You compare offers with us on the phone, and nothing moves without your signature.
Who sees my data?
Only the specific funders we submit your file to. We never sell your information to marketing lists, and funders never get your contact details until you accept an offer and enter closing. Your file travels encrypted, end to end.
What if a bank or big lender already said no?
Send the file anyway. Our funders underwrite deposits, not just credit, so our box starts at 6 months in business and a 450 FICO. Files that bounce off the big lenders are most of what we place.
